Published reports from the conference "The Future of Web Search"

The scientific conference "The Future of Web Search" was held May 19-20 in Barcelona (Spain) and was organized with the participation of Yahoo. Some time later, reports were published online.

The list of presentations includes 26 scientific papers on a variety of topics: link analysis, algorithms, information retrieval, data structuring, search integration with other media, data mining. Scientists from Germany, Spain, USA, Great Britain, Italy, Finland, Hungary, Israel, Canada and Holland, as well as researchers from Yahoo, told about their developments.

Habrahabr publishes a full list of presentations with links to PDF files. Each of the presentations includes key slides. There are various numbers of slides: from six to three dozen, but they are usually extremely saturated with information. These are the main theses of work plus the accompanying graphs and formulas. By the way, many of the scientific works can be found in the public domain on the Internet in the archives of scientific journals.
