The T-Mobile G1 does not have a standard headphone jack.

Today it was confirmed that in the first Android device there is no “normal” headphone jack, extUSB is used instead. This is a more advanced USB connector, which has recently been used in HTC communicators (and other vendors). You can plug in a headset that comes with it, but you won't be able to use your favorite headphones without an adapter.
