HOWTO: Netstat

It took you to find out which ports and which programs are now transmitting or reading traffic from the Internet. Usually, to get an answer to this question, I installed a firewall, and only today I learned that there is a command in Windows:

netstat -a

<upd>: Of course, I know that such a command is Unix.
