Why did you have to invent a whole system? Just once it became insulting that, having accumulated a huge amount of documentation, books, articles, bookmarks in the browser, mailings, photos, music, films and video recordings, it is not always possible to quickly find what you want. And what is even more offensive, it often turns out that you have all the necessary information, but you just don't know about it or have forgotten it, because it is sometimes buried deep.
