Base classifiers. Update.

Positive feedback in habratopic added us enthusiasm in terms of the development of the project "Base classifiers . " And that's what we did.

First, they divided the classifiers into “State” and “Web”. This was done because state classifiers turned out to be slightly in demand by web developers, but did not throw out the same information if it is there;

Secondly, the ability to download databases in Excel-format was removed, again due to lack of demand;

Thirdly, they made an RSS feed with news about new classifiers appearing in the database;

Fourth, they placed several new classifiers. Here are some of them
