Server 2008 Core: IE was removed, but the sediment remained.

Finally got around to install Windows Server 2008 Core, the first version of Windows without a graphical shell.
“And without Internet Explorer,” I thought. What a surprise it was when I discovered an old friend in the Program Files and Program Files (x86) folders: Internet Explorer.
Inside, however, only one file: sqmapi.dll.
I found out that he is responsible for the Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program (CEIP) and, in theory, doesn’t work in the “Kernel installation option of the Windows Server® 2008 Server operating system”. What is he doing there then?
Present. And happiness was so possible ...

upd. Yes, I do not feel sorry for the place, it was just unusual to see the phrase "Internet Explorer" in such a trimmed system
