All of our lives are working days watered down on weekends and holidays.
And our working day is a series of hours, minutes, seconds.
Probably each of us heard about the production gymnastics:
every hour or two, about fifteen minutes (instead of smoke breaks), it would be good to let your eyes, hands, and back and legs rest.
And it would be good to combine useful exercises with the acquisition of new skills - both practical and aesthetic.
I will now list those classes that I try to do myself.
In my opinion, the exercises mentioned below do not require material costs and only a minimum of temporary ones.

Coin manipulation (Coin manipulation)

These tricks are as old as the coin itself.
Take a large coin in your hand (for example, 5 rubles - it will suit most in size and weight).
Try to move the coin across the phalanges of the fingers of the palm, outside the hand, one way, the other.
Here you need to learn how to control the inertia of the coin.
I do this exercise at a time when I do not need to type on the keyboard
and one hand is free, for example when I read news.
This is just one trick from dozens of others.

Pen spinning (Twist handle)

It is said that this kind of "sport" originated among non-student applicants
and postponed admission to the university for another year. Pen-spining championships are held in Asia.
Getting started is easy.
I took the gel pen and two caps. Dressed both of them on the same handle from different sides (so it is more balanced).

It is a pity that I did not know about the fool-wallow when I was a schoolboy, I would have trained myself, although ... maybe it's for the best :)

Juggling

For these lessons, I bought 3 tennis (for big tennis) balls in a sports store.
I was able to juggle with two balls since childhood.
And now I have learned by three :) but only in cascade (as in the picture)
