To determine how a particular site complies with German standards of general accessibility, a special test has been developed in Germany. There is a special institution that monitors the implementation of the law in the field of accessibility.

World Usability Day Charter
World Usability Day (WUD) is held on the initiative of the Usability Professionals' Association (UPA) annually, starting in 2005, on the second Thursday of November. Its goal is to make products and services accessible and convenient for people. Each year, more than 225 events take place in more than 40 countries. They attract the attention of the general public and specialists to the problems of development, theory and practice of usability. The WUD Charter was recently written, which we publish.
