.mastername simplifies domain auction

On Friday, the company. Registrar .mastername announced a simplified procedure for conducting a domain auction. We are talking about the possibility of issuing a notarized transfer order right in the process or even after the completion of the auction. Previously, without this document, you could not even submit an application for an auction.

Thus, today the procedure for selling a domain through an auction .mastername is as follows.
1. The domain owner applies for an auction. However, he must specify the method of transfer to him payment.
2. The auction takes place in the usual manner.
3. After the end of the auction, the seller within 10 days must submit a notarized order for the sale of the domain.
4. Buyer pays for domain.
5. The registrar company transfers payment to the seller (less income tax) and reissues the domain in the name of the buyer.

The updated procedure is somewhat more convenient than its generally accepted version, when notarized documents are required before the auction. The fact is that it allows you to save time (at the same time to conduct tenders and execute documents) and avoid costs in cases where the domain could not be sold. It seems that such changes will soon be introduced by other companies into the rules for conducting domain auctions. We are especially looking forward to this from RU-CENTR, R01.ru, Reg.Ru and other really popular registrars.
