Visual Studio Code Snippets Editor

Not so long ago, Microsoft released the release and source code of the code snippet designer Visual Studio Snippet Designer. Until that time (more than three years), the code snippets designer was distributed only for internal use; now it is available in a free-of-charge form on the CodePlex site.
