Talk about interaction with freelancers # 2

Since the previous discussion turned out to be rather crumpled and not constructive enough, this time I decided to approach the issue more substantively.

Let me remind you that the purpose of the discussion was to prepare a document regulating the relationship between the project manager and the freelancer, and, in fulfillment of the promises, I spread the draft .

This is a generic version, that is, any project manager who develops cooperation with freelancers, and who, just like me, are concerned about the problems of deadlines, work schedules, and the resolution of trust issues, can adapt the document for themselves and use in practice.
