X-flash LED lights

For more than four years, I have been testing LED lamps and doing their reviews. But LED lighting is not just one lamp. Previously, I did not have the technical ability to test fixtures, now this opportunity has appeared, and today I present to your attention the first review of fixtures of the X-Flash brand, which has proven itself well on LED lamps.

The assortment of X-Flash fourteen overhead LED lights , power 8-36 W and luminous flux from 580 to 3200 lm. They cost from 333 to 1490 rubles. I tested nine fixtures.

Cheap 8-watt (333 rubles) and 13-watt (444 rubles) lamps are equipped with a light sensor and can automatically turn on when the dark time of day comes. They are suitable for lighting technical premises, entrances, corridors. The color temperature of the light is 4000 K (neutral white light).
')

The mode of operation is selected by a switch.

These lamps are attached to the wall using a circular mounting platform. For ease of installation on the power cord there is a connector.

Fixtures of the second type have a power of 15 and 20 watts. The color temperature of the light is 4000 K (neutral white light).

Thanks to their IP65 protection level, they can be used in damp areas, outdoors, on verandas and in gazebos. Luminaires are mounted on the wall using the mounting plate. Price lamps - 790 and 990 rubles.

Another waterproof lamp has a power of 12 W and is designed for installation in basements, in attics and on stairs. It costs 990 rubles. There are two options - with a color temperature of 4000 K (neutral white light) and 3000 K (warm light).

Cheap compact 8-watt lamps are designed for installation on staircases and elevator halls. They are mounted on the ceiling with a bracket and can be equipped with a photoacoustic unit that turns on the lamp in the presence of noise and only in the dark. There are two options for fixtures - with a color temperature of 4000 K (neutral white light) and 3000 K (warm light).

The photoacoustic unit is installed in a special compartment under the lid. It provides instant light when someone enters the room, and unlike motion sensors, the light turns on a little beforehand when the door opens or the elevator drives up to the floor (there is enough door noise to trigger the sensor). Light can be lit from 5 seconds to 15 minutes after the noise disappears.

These lamps cost 390 rubles, photoacoustic unit - 249 rubles.

The 18-watt luminaire is similar in size to luminaires with fluorescent tube tubes of 600 mm and can be used to illuminate work surfaces in the kitchen or in the workshop, for medical and children's institutions, offices, for the main lighting of balconies, basements, staircases, elevator halls, entrances and corridors.

The lamp is worth 690 rubles. A similar luminaire with a capacity of 36 W and a length of 1200 mm is being produced (replacement of lamps with long tube lamps). Its price is 990 rubles. These lamps are available only with cold white light 6500K.

The luminous flux of the luminaires was measured using a two-meter integrating sphere and a Instrument Systems spectrometer , the lighting angle and consumption characteristics of the Viso Light Spion instrument, the power consumption of the Robiton PM-2 instrument, the color rendering index, color temperature and pulsation with the Uprtek MK350D instrument .

For convenience, I will once again give a photo of all the lamps with numbers that I will use in the table.

All lamps have a high CRI> 82 color rendering index. This is very good - many housing and utility lamps from other manufacturers have low CRI, since it is believed that since they are not designed for residential premises, LEDs can also be used for cheaper low color rendering indices.

All lamps have almost no ripple of light. This is also very good.

All lamps can operate at reduced voltage without reducing the brightness (they use pulse drivers). When the supply voltage drops to 142 volts, all the luminaires work, and some even withstand the voltage drop to 101 volts.

All but one (long, 600 mm) fixtures work correctly with switches that have an indicator (do not blink and do not light when the switch is turned off).

Four lamps have even more luminous flux than the manufacturer claims (by 8-16%). The luminous flux of four lamps is 1-7% less than what is stated (this is insignificant). The luminous flux of one luminaire (â„–6 45877 XF-OV175) was 18% less than the declared, while its power consumption is 14% more than the declared.

The manufacturer claims the service life of lamps 50 000 hours and gives a warranty of 5 years.

Despite the fact that the tested lamps are designed primarily for the housing sector, they are suitable for use at home and in the country.
