The second wiki conference will be held in Moscow on October 18-19

On October 18-19, 2008, the second Russian-language Wiki Conference, a conference of the Wikipedia Free Encyclopedia and other Russian-language (and not only) Wikimedia Foundation projects, will take place in the KD Ushinsky Scientific Pedagogical Library in Moscow.

It is planned that about a hundred participants of Wikipedia and related projects - Wiktionary, Wikisource, Wikimedia Commons and others will take part. Guests and participants from distant cities and possibly other countries are expected at the conference.

On Saturday, there will be heard reports on topical issues of Wikipedia development, which may be of interest to both active participants and guests of the conference; In addition, a press conference and two round tables will be held. On Sunday, round tables on various subjects will be the main form of communication; Reports will also be made that target active project participants.
