I propose to create a plan according to which we will present our start-ups at subsequent meetings. I suggest here is an option. 1. Project Description • overview of services • what problem in the market do they solve? • what users get 2. Monetization (how to earn / raise the value of the company) • listing of monetization methods 3. Audience (who will be the main consumer of this project) 4. Competitors • your competitors • what is your competitive advantage compared to them • Do you have any unfair competitive advantages? 5. Team • key team members and briefly about their experience 6. Finance • what is the current income • how long was it reached and how fast did it grow 7. The need for investment • how much is required for the development of the project - the total amount • what services and how much money specifically for each service • how long will the investment pay off?
