Special economic zone in Dubna. There is not much information about her on Habré. But perhaps this is the future IT center of Russia.

I would like to believe that the state will do everything as it should and the center will be fully erected, that they will be able to attract many companies here, which will create favorable conditions for the staff of resident companies.
