Hi Giktayms! I haven’t written here for a long time, but I really want to, only with the themes for the time being rather weak, since all the topics are in the process. So I came to samopiaru.

I want to tell about the themes of my work and, accordingly, new articles.



CNC

Now in the process of manufacturing is a portal milling machine with CNC, which has a working field of one and a half by two and a half meters. In view of the fact that the machine parts are not small in size and require a certain manufacturability, their processing takes considerable time.

I have already written here an article about the experience of creating a budget milling CNC machine with a small working field. His budget, of course, is not commensurate with how much has already been spent and will be on the machine that I am now collecting.

As I try to keep something like a video diary on youtube , I will try to capture all the production processes.



Installation of magnetron sputtering

Another project that I do in parallel with the CNC machine. The installation will be of low pressure, and in addition to magnetron sputtering, there will be the possibility of plasma modification, cleaning, activation. Installation of the laboratory type, with a cap, many, probably, have already seen something similar. As in the history of the machine, the whole process will be captured on the "film."

Testing machine

I have already written a couple of articles ( first , second ) about test bursting machines. I decided to make an extremely cheap universal table-type bursting machine with a maximum load of up to 100 kg. But all this will be after the construction of the CNC machine, as part of the parts will be manufactured on it.

Other topics for articles

I will definitely make a carrier carrier, since in our production it is sometimes required to transport various parts and cargo from the shop to the shop, I think it will be useful to us. Load capacity as approximately 200kg.

If you delve into robotics, you really want to make a manipulator and mechanical legs (not on servos) and try to implement an algorithm for walking a person, including walking on stairs and so on. And so while I will not go into details, it is still being written with pitchforks on the water.

I also have experience in writing patents, if someone is interested, I can share my experience and write an article with specific examples and descriptions. But in any case, first I would like to read your questions on this topic.
