I work in IT. It means sitting in the office most of the day.

At home, again sitting at the computer, which can not but affect the tone and general condition of the body. At school, physical education was a compulsory subject, at the institute is no longer mandatory. The sportsman told us in his first year: “Now we will pass the standards, and then you will observe how your results deteriorate by the fifth year”.

Now I work and nobody forces to be engaged in anything. Himself master. However, I want to keep the body in shape! Everyone finds a way out of this situation, so I attended to. Hike in the gym rejected immediately! Please do not argue! I have nothing against the gym or fitness center, it's just not for me.
Firstly, this is a time that is so lacking, and secondly, it’s money, albeit small, but never superfluous.

It was decided to do exercises in the morning and perform a small set of exercises in the evening. The idea is good, but my laziness is invincible anyway. Every morning there was a reason to start the next morning, and every next morning all over again.
By trial and error came to this complex: One hundred push-ups . You just need to perform 100 pushups per day, no more and no less. Here is my order: 40 in the morning, 20 times at lunch (before dinner) and 40 times in the evening, after returning from work.

I use this method last year. You may not believe me, but the disease of the common cold and flu has halved (yes, I specifically thought) and I forgot what a rhinitis is. The press also appeared (cubes on the stomach), it was more pleasant to walk in the shower.

UPD: I am in no way opposed to training in gyms and fitness centers! When there is time, money and desire to do it. Please do not write comments about the benefits of the right classes in the gym with a good coach, this is indisputable. It describes how to keep yourself in good shape, spending a minimum of time.
