I propose an idea that I think will be able to protect habra people from the so-called minusev - individuals who are minus everything and all indiscriminately.
The idea is as follows. In addition to the rating and karma in the user profile, enter the indicator - the number of “pluses” (P) set over the number of “minuses” (M), which works according to the following rules:

1. the indicator is neutral provided P + M <some number (20, for example) - the user has too few votes to rate
2. The indicator is neutral if the user has P / M> 1, i.e. if the user is more positive than negative, it will not seem. (That did not appear plusers)
3. The indicator lights from pink to red if the P / M ratio is less than 0.5. The smaller this ratio, the more red the indicator becomes.
4. The indicator lights from pink to red if the P / M ratio is more than 10. The larger the ratio, the more red the indicator becomes. - There is clearly something wrong, the user can not like almost everything. We are not under communism after all. Yes, or the Bot Warning warning light comes on at the administrator :-)
All numbers, of course, at your discretion.
What will it give? - First of all, the psychological certainty that if you minus a lot or just add something up, the indicator will light up - and then you will be warned. In reality, this is unlikely, since any user will follow this, and if the indicator starts to turn pink, it will instantly run and plus someone a thread, but this is not important anymore. It is important that there will not be uncontrolled and unpunished minusings.
Even better - if the indicator readings will be strictly late for some time. Then users will be afraid of their actions, because if they overdo it with minuses, it will be visible only after a certain not specific time, and there is a high probability that many will see the “red” indicator before, and even then, if you run and plus, nothing will change - you will be eagerly minus.

UPD : It would also be nice if the indicator's actions were influenced by the fact that the user minus / plus someone more. It is already necessary to nullify the actions of the "vindictive" habra people, who are minus not because they don’t like something, but as revenge for something. Or, again, to define bot warning in the case of general advantages of one person.
