I think none of us like the situation that has developed today in Habré. Believe me, I don't like it either. And I really do not want such cases to continue, and therefore let you remind you of something.
I want everyone to carefully read, remember and understand all of the following:
1. On Habré was not, there is not and will not be political or any other censorship;
2. We never edit or delete publications and user comments from the database;
3. We can not keep up with the observance of the rules by each active Habrachelovekom, but we strive for this;
4. On Habré there are rules that each user of the resource must follow;
5. An offender is punished by blocking an account for a certain number of days. After the expiration of the user account is unlocked;
6. Account blocking occurs only for breaking the rules. At the same time, we do not pay attention to the user's position in the rating, his status on Habré or beyond. Before Habrarail, everyone is equal.

In a separate paragraph I would like to draw general attention to the ban on discussing the rules of the site and the actions of the administration. It was for ignoring this rule that several users were banned today.
