Linux Tuning for Modern Laptop with Passive Cooling System

Silently do not rustle to themselves, and so on, interesting is direct, ultra. The choice fell on the average model in the 700-11 line of Lenovo Yoga. An excellent ANSI keyboard with separate Home (+ PgUp) and End (+ PgDn). Weight a little more than a kilogram. In general - beauty. Yes, and the red color suits me perfectly, all the same, the stickers are usually all sealed.

The only caveat: it works "without complaints" under the standard Windows Home 10. Well, that is, how - "without complaints" is if you do not take into account the fact that it is Impossible to Work the Same. No, I can, of course, but - this is if you pay a lot. And for the usual work I have Ubuntu, more precisely Linux Mint Mate Desktop. And, everything would be fine, but after moving - transferring partitions from the old to the new - Sarah refused to be friends with my new laptop:
