Semi-professional competitions should create healthy competition and rotation within the professional cyber-sports scene, be a scouting platform for finding new talents.

It is important to develop all segments of computer sports, and not just the professional scene. Amateur tournaments, student leagues, school competitions are necessary to create a diverse competitive environment for all levels of players.

On the one hand, a player or team who wants to prove their high skills should have a chance to challenge professionals, this requires regular semi-professional competitions. On the other hand, the gaming community needs a tournament creation tool.
