How to transfer 5 GB across the country? - USB flash drive

Last week, an interesting scheme came to our office, namely, the scheme of the main fiber optic highways of the Russian telecom operators (I apologize for the quality in advance, but I did not find such a scheme in the net - I had to recall the idea of puzzles).

The scheme, in my opinion, is very informatic (sorry, the satellite was not taken into account). For example, can you answer the question of the topic Dial-up died? - No, not dead. Just moved :) Despite the national projects, the situation with the Internet in the country as a whole is still deplorable. On the other hand, this scheme can be viewed from the point of view of housing prices. It seems that all the highways go along the Transib: a step to the right, a step to the left - impassable forests. It turns out that we have the only road, railway and telecommunication link with the east. One can immediately see where the oil and gas are produced and where they are used.
Since it went to that, it was interesting to see the tariffs for traffic in the regions. So, I give figures for unlimited tariffs without DSL technology restrictions .

* - was guided by the speed of 2Mbps. In Moscow, this is the minimum connection speed. In the regions I took the maximum speed.
** - the cost of connection and equipment is not taken into account. In Moscow - 0p. In the regions - about 2000r.
*** - prices are taken from specific providers in the respective regions.

Similar pictures remind that there is a European Russia and there is an Asian Russia, and there is Moscow and St. Petersburg.

PS That's how much I thought - I do not understand why traffic in St. Petersburg is more expensive than in Moscow? After all, all external channels to Europe (at least terrestrial) go through Peter.
