Technologies of the future today at DEMOfall 08

Starting from September 9, an annual competition-exhibition of achievements in the field of IT development DEMOfall 08 was held in San Diego (California, USA) for 2 days. DEMOfall is actually a rather noticeable event and widely covered; to become elected here means to go through a preliminary selection before being included in the number of contestants, so that you get 6 minutes on the stage for the presentation of your product and, after a speech, get the position of the professional jury and / or users. And the product can be not only an Internet service, such as a social network, a search engine, etc., but any high-tech product of the thoughts of developers: programs, devices, technologies, services. So last year, IdeaBlob.com became the winner in the nomination of users' choice - a free internet community created for the purpose of exchanging business ideas. About Ideablob, about the innovativeness of the project, the fact that it had no direct competitors, i.e. was unique in its own way. And this is in 2007, when it would seem that all the ways have already been covered and it remains only to roll the roads.
This year’s competition turned out to be the most representative of all time; 72 companies and, respectively, 72 designs took part in it. According to the results of the competition 10 best startups were awarded with Honorary diplomas.
