Association of mobile operators, users, services on one technological platform

Having shown our SIM-card without roaming, we begin to explain that we are “under the hood”, how everything is arranged and what values are obtained by companies whose products are built on mobile technologies.

Conceptually, the ComfortWay RSP platform is a technological platform that unites mobile operators, users and service partners.

The main value of the platform in the possibility of "seamless" integration into the products of partners of mobile operators tariffs. The set of technology components included in the platform will ensure the integration of platform capabilities for:
')

Example You are a virtual operator. In order to expand the offer for our subscribers with local tariffs in 140 countries of the world, it is enough to install our software (java applet) on the operator's SIM card and integrate with the ComfortWay RSP platform.

Technology

The platform implements the concept of ABC - always best connected. The choice and connection to the operator is implemented via a SIM card and an array of profiles or via a partner's SIM card onto which ComfortWay software is integrated.

SIM management is possible, either through a custom application, or from platform servers.
CwSim is the client part of the platforms in the form of a carrier-agnostic e-SIM (SIM) card, on which the Remote SIM Provisioning specification is implemented. The uniqueness of the card is that it is not tied to any one operator and a profile (subscription) of one of the mobile operators can be loaded into it on demand at any time.

The creation of the platform was made possible by the implementation of the GSM Association’s standard - Remote SIM Provisioning (SIM transmission over the air), which we have already written about and which guarantees the delivery of the SIM profile of any mobile operator connected to the platform.

Platform architecture

Functionality ComfortWay RSP Platform

that is, in fact, the cloud assumes the functions of a connector or hub between operators, end users, manufacturers of wearable devices, which is beneficial to all and will smooth out the conflicts of interests of the parties.

For the mobile operator-partner, despite the risks of churn rate, integration with us provides undeniable business benefits:

In fact, ComfortWay acts as an MVNA (Mobile Virtual Network Aggregator) and offers:
- to all participants of the telecom ecosystem and large businesses the possibility of rapid expansion of the product line through the use of ComfortWay tariffs and the quick launch of ABC MVNO on the PaaS model.
- and for users, the choice of the best mobile connection at a given time and free access to the Internet, as a result of the company's loyalty program.

Loyalty ComfortWay

The comfortWay loyalty idea is based around ID SIM. ID cards earn Pay-per-Sale (PPS) partner bonuses for paid partner services.
Service partners in our understanding of any online services. While we are looking at the tourist niche and talking about partnership with www.booking.com , prosto.insure , www.sravni.ru , www.aviasales.ru , www.iqplanner.com and others.
Additional features - implementation of revenue share in the form of premium to the Internet partner from the sale of SIM and paid traffic ID and increase in ARPU from the user, as a result of participation in the program.
More about the loyalty program in the following posts.

UPD --->

We have identified a platform for virtual operators and corporate customers in TapMobile One.

MVNE TapMobile One will help launch client-converged services based on mobile services, create a virtual carrier, make IoT devices global and independent from one local mobile operator, and integrate eSIM into wearable device providers.

The platform is based on new principles and approaches in the provision of services, it implements the PaaS Pay-As-You-Grow service business model: pay only for the actual resources of the platform.

TapMobile One takes over the functions of a connector or hub between operators, manufacturers of wearable devices and end users, which is beneficial to all and allows you to smooth out the conflicts of interests of the parties. The task of creating a virtual operator and mobile products is now being solved through OEM integration, rather than the usual infrastructure rental. In the usual MVNE framework, new approaches to the implementation of tasks will be proposed - in particular, the possibilities of new technological solutions, business models, and OEM approaches will be used. Call this the MVNE 2.0 approach.

As for the launch of a virtual operator, it will be an operator built on the UBER-model, with the ability to provide tariffs for several mobile operators at once without roaming.
