From today, social network users have the opportunity to make transfers from plastic cards to other users. I do not know if everyone has access, perhaps, as often happens with them, the update will roll out in waves.

Transfers are made in Russian rubles. If the sender or beneficiary card is linked to an account in another currency, the corresponding amount in rubles is converted into the account currency at the rate of the bank that issued the card.
The operation of debiting from the sender's card is carried out using 3-D Secure technology, ensuring maximum security of transfers.
The bank that issued the card may set its own commissions and restrictions on sending and receiving transfers from card to card. Be especially careful when sending a transfer from a credit card: your bank may regard this as a cash withdrawal and withhold a commission, and the grace period for such transactions usually does not apply.
