In principle, already looking at the box it is clear that the flowers will be supervised and will not wither, there is even a motto: “Do not let the flowers dry out”



Before we left, we left flowers in the bathroom, filling the bottom a couple of centimeters and leaving gauze patches for capillary irrigation. But it was less convenient when the bathroom windows overlooked the street; now there is no such possibility. And I had to automate the process.

In general, in order to correctly calculate the dose of water when watering, you need to play a long hose for each flower, but since there are metering devices, it is easier to cut the hoses into equal lengths.



Here are the batchers, they are each on a separate flexible cart with a convenient rotary red lid, with a locking mechanism. When you turn the cap clicks are heard and it accurately dispenses the flow of water plus clearly fixed.



Optional black hose. I do not need it, I went green. I need to water only 4 flowers, but the conclusions here are 10 and you can connect up to 10 indoor plants or even more if you buy a splitter in pet supplies.



The green hose is 10 meters here, I cut off 4 segments by meter, that's enough for me.



Separately, there is a lid of the battery compartment, twisting on 4 screws.



The autoleader is a rectangular box with a closing lid and a flexible hose with a pump at the end.

When you first turn on the display shows the frequency of watering 0.1 day. At the top you can see that this means that watering will occur every 2 hours. Right large - 30 seconds. For myself, the optimal mode, I chose to water once a day for 4 seconds. The countdown will start from the moment the timer starts.



You can test how much water is poured out during this period by clicking on the “test” button.

Autoleigh, by the way, is very quiet and smart enough. She will not drive the pump if there is no water. But he will notify with a buzzer signal that it is time to pour in some water. There is also a signaling device that it’s time to change the batteries, but without the buzzer, the battery icon simply appears on the screen.



In the flexible trunk at the end of the pump is hidden motor. Its base covers the foam filter plus there are protrusions on the bottom, which do not allow it to suck in and block access to the pump water.



Inside the body of the autoleader itself is a simple electronics.



A simple LCD screen, rubber-based buttons and apparently some kind of microcontroller or something even simpler.



But identification does not give in, as it is flooded with a compound.
