Habra RSS and Akregator

Somewhere around a week ago I decided to change the working environment a bit, and put in place of gnome, KDE.
Naturally made OPML with a list of feeds from Liferea and imported it into Akregator.

And what was my disappointment when I discovered that the ribbon Habra is not updated.
I have about 20 feeds in the reader and it was with Habr that the incomprehensible happened.

Well, okay, I got deleted, feed. I was going to add it with my hands. And what do you think? Not added.
Writes: There is no tape there.

Well, actually the question: Is it a glitch of the Regregator or Habr?
I sin on Habr, because it is the only problem tape among all my subscriptions.
