Habradigest project announcement

Good afternoon, Habravchane.

I bring to your attention a new project that has long been spinning in my head.
The idea to highlight interesting articles for the developer from a large stream of articles on Habré finally found its fulfillment.
Good or bad - to judge you.

Contents of the habradigest pilot issue:
