SafeNet - a technological breakthrough in the future or teleportation of ten billion?

Today, June 22 is a significant date, because today the government will convene an interdepartmental working group with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich to discuss the implementation of the National Technology Initiative (NTI) program created by the Agency for Strategic Initiatives of the ASI on behalf of President Vladimir Putin. According to ASI's plans, by 2035, Russia should have a domestic programming language, an absolutely safe communication based on quantum communications infrastructure, a new type of communication operator for unmanned systems and, most importantly, teleportation .
The new program is called SafeNet . Only for the implementation of its “roadmap” for 2016-2018, 10 billion rubles are needed, of which more than half should be given by the federal budget.

SafeNet and Cyber ​​Physical Systems

The SafeNet program is aimed at developing the market of information and cyber-physical systems security systems in Russia until 2035. A legitimate question arises, what is cyber-physical systems? According to the document of our government, these are: " smart systems that include networks of interacting computational and physical components, such as robots, intelligent buildings, medical implants, self-driving cars, unmanned aircraft ."
Of the 10 billion biennial SafeNet budget for 2016-2018. of which will amount to 10 billion rubles, the federal center should provide about 7 billion. The funds will be allocated both from the state budget directly and through venture funds and development institutions - Skolkovo, RVC, the Industry Development Fund and VEB. According to government forecasts, the SafeNet market should reach $ 2.1 trillion by 2035, and its largest segment, $ 830 billion, will naturally be security devices.

AFM forecasts for two decades

In the next 10 years, according to ASI's plans, a 5G standard mobile communication infrastructure will appear in Russia, a unified network of centers for protection against cyber threats for civilian use will begin to be deployed, the first projects will be implemented for introducing a domestic intelligent urban management system, domestic operating systems will be created for cyber-physical systems and autonomous transport and finally developed a " native compiled language for safe and efficient parallel programming ."
Plans for the next decade of 2025-2035 are even more impressive. The authors are counting on "the introduction of a neural interface, quantum computing, teleportation, the use of nature-like phenomena for the transmission of information ."
Of course, the interdepartmental working group under the government of the Russian Federation with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Arkady Dvorkovich and Presidential Aide Andrei Belousov during today's meeting will not limit itself to such a narrow topic and discuss other road maps, including AutoNet , HealthNet, and much more.
