The social network Instagram has announced the launch of profiles for businesses with a set of tools for brand promotion and communication with customers. In the coming months, the new functionality will be available in the United States, New Zealand and Australia. In Instagram insist that business profiles will be free for owners of commercial profiles. By transferring the old profiles to the new format, business owners will be able to provide the customer with the opportunity to call, send a message or view the map.
The new Insights section will provide statistical information about user account activity. In the Top Posts section will be posted all the images published for the period from 7 to 30 days and sorted by number of views.
In addition, business users will be able to create ads from their own message by choosing their own audience and following the recommendations of the social network itself.
