Pro AvtoHabrakat

Very often, as a first comment to the posts you can see "Remove under the cat!". It is clear that the author will correct after the warning, but this completely unnecessary information will remain in the comments, and minus such hints very actively.
The idea is as follows: let habrahabr insert the habracut tag itself if it is not in the text, say, after 100 words or 5 pictures. And let AvtoHabrakat look more terrible, so that the author could see him sooner :)
