Combining tags on Habré
On Habrahabr and other TM projects, the long-awaited tag linking technology has been introduced.
One “original tag” can now have several “synonyms”.
For example: Web 2.0 and Web 2.0 , Yandex and Yandex or Habr , Habrahabr and Habrahabr .
Changes can be seen in the tag cloud. After combining the Habr and Habrahabr tags, the tag has grown to Google size :-)
At the prompt when creating a post :
In the tooltip when searching by tags :

And also in the search for tags . Now, if you look for Yandex or Yandex, the result will be the same.
At the moment, the feature works in test mode and only we can add synonyms. During the week the base will be replenished. So far, only a few of the fattest tags that fell into the cloud are combined.
PS I suggest to flash on what should be with what, and what should not be merged with :)
