Habr and SmartMasses give gadgets for the best topics

Less than two weeks later, we again expanded our Federal User Support Program . Now, in addition to books and laptops, we will give the wonderful gadgets provided to us by the online store SmartMasses.ru . We will give, as historically, for the best publications on Habré. The rules remain the same:
- the award is received by the user, whose topic was the best for the results of every two weeks, starting from 08.09.08;
- the program involves only regular topics, topics, translations and podcasts (ie, topics, links and questions are not involved. And even the Inner Voice does not participate!), Published on Habré from 18:00 08.09.08;
- the topic should be an independent work of the author (texts, pictures, files from other sites do not participate);
- the topic should be original, that is, first published on Habré (at the same time parallel publication in another place is allowed, it is not allowed only to use old texts from their blogs);
- the topic should not be a discussion of Habr, other Thematic Media projects and the company itself, as well as the SmartMasses.ru online store;
- Each participant of the FPPP can win only one prize provided by one of the partner companies participating in the FPPP program. In addition, if several competitions are summed up on the same day, the prizes are distributed according to the principle “the better the topic, the steeper the prize”;
- Employees of Thematic Media and SmartMasses companies, their relatives, relatives of their relatives, and their virtuals are not eligible to participate in the program of FNT.
- the topic should become a leader honestly, i.e. no bypass rules, cheating using virtuals, hidden and open vulnerabilities are not welcome. I will follow!

Thus, at 6 pm on September 22 and October 6 of this year, I will determine the best topic for the last two weeks. If the topic meets all the listed criteria and for two weeks scored the most votes, the author should expect a letter from the Habr administration with detailed instructions on how to get the prize. Results will be published in this blog.

PS: unfortunately, the winners living outside Moscow will only be able to receive the prize by mail. But Habr takes all the postage costs :)
