Are C programmers the largest divided people in the world?
Today, April 26, 2016, the arbitration court of the Oryol region had to decide whether the programming language C is a foreign language.
With such an unusual question, the court was concerned because of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), which was instituted on this announcement, located opposite the local polytechnic:

FAS considered this ad to be an advertisement, and according to the law, advertising in a foreign language should be duplicated in Russian. The head of the Stork.ru company, Mikhail Paulkin, did not agree with the conclusions of the FAS, and it came to consideration by the arbitration court of the Oryol region. The court was supposed to decide today, but postponed the meeting to 25 May.
It should be noted that the recognition by the court of the C programming language as a foreign language will allow C programmers to fight for official recognition of themselves as a small ethnic group.
