At the
DEMOfall 08 event,
Plastic Logic presented its version of the device for e-reader reading technology. Unlike Readers (Amazon's Kindle, Sony eBook, JetBook) for reading books, the new Plastic Logic device is nothing more than an electronic newspaper.

Made of flexible and lightweight plastic, the yet unnamed device measures 21.6 × 27.9 cm (thickness is not clear yet, but the newspaper is already Kindle about three times). Functional features: wireless internet connection, support for PDF, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint formats.
So far, little is known about this electronic newspaper. In addition, the company is positioning this device as an indispensable thing for business people. It will be presented to the public for the first time in January 2009. Then the cost will be known.
