Climatologists finally agreed: global warming is caused by human activity

image The authors of several scientific papers that calculated the opinions of scientists about the causes of global warming, together created another work designed to put an end to this issue. There are two main conclusions from the work: 90% to 100% of experts agree that people are to blame for global warming (in most cases the number of consonants is 97%), and the higher the authority of an expert in climate science, the more willing he agrees with this statement.

Questions about the average temperature of the planet and the factors affecting it began to rise by European science as early as the 19th century. The first theory about the influence of the atmosphere on the temperature of the Earth was expressed by mathematician and natural philosopher Jean Baptiste Joseph Fourier, who was born in 1768.

And in 1862, the English physicist John Tyndall discovered the opacity of gases, in particular, CO 2 , for thermal radiation, and therefore presented one of the first considerations about the effect of this gas on the temperature of the planet.

The last step in this logical chain was made by Swante August Arrhenius, a Swedish physicist and chemist, author of the theory of electrolytic dissociation and winner of the Nobel Prize in Chemistry (1903). He thought that the active burning of fossil fuels would lead to an increase in carbon dioxide concentration in the atmosphere, which, in turn, would end in global warming.

The new work basically refuted the criticism of previous works on this topic, and it is shown that attempts to underestimate the number of people who agreed with the anthropogenicity of global warming were made by including people who are not climatological experts in the polls.

If you trust scientists and specialists, then, apparently, questions about the nature of global warming, as well as about the very presence of such a phenomenon, should no longer arise. Now you need to focus on finding solutions to this problem.

Political methods for its elimination are clearly not enough - the most famous attempt, the Kyoto Protocol , which was initiated in 1997 as much. However, the largest developing countries, China and India, have not made any obligations in connection with it, and the United States has not yet ratified it.
