Vice-President of Jet Pack International crashed on a jetpack (alive, stable)
The video president of Jet Pack International, the manufacturer of jetpacks, fell from a height of 3 to 6 meters while testing the next innovations in the unit in Denver. Nick Macomber is alive, he has already been discharged from the hospital, and his condition is assessed by doctors as stable. The US Federal Aviation Administration is investigating the incident.
In June 2003, three friends founded Jet PI LLC to build a jetpack from scratch. The results can be seen on the video in Youtube. For example, this year a man in a knapsack participated in the presentation of the Samsung Galaxy S7 in Ireland: he landed exactly on the platform with the logo of the Korean smartphone maker and the name of the new model.

Total Nick Macomber flew on the knapsack more than 400 times. But on Friday, he was unlucky: during testing of the new version of the device, there were problems with the management, and he fell from head to head down from six meters. Doctors left him 27 stitches, and on Saturday, April 9, the pilot was discharged from the hospital home.
The older version of jet packs from Jet Pack International is held in the air for 33 seconds, flies 700 meters, its speed is up to 120 kilometers per hour. The maximum flight height is 70 meters. The capacity of the fuel tanks is 20 liters, hydrogen peroxide is used. The pilot must weigh no more than 81 kilograms.
In 2006, with the help of a knapsack, the pilot flew past the Royal George post in Colorado:
