Disperse the main Yandex? Really!

A year ago, I had some doubt that using HTML 4.0 Transitional for page layout would be more economical than XHTML 1.0 Strict with its stringent code design standards. But then I did not have a particular desire to test my hypothesis, and I had no idea how to do this.
