After this incident, a smog control program was developed: from April 5 to June 30, private cars once a week will not go on public roads. Moreover, one Saturday a month they will also be standing in garages and parking lots. It's like Earth Hour, just a day and once a week.
The pollution incident caused the first such large-scale concern over the past 11 years. The problem is not solved at the moment. Previously, the authorities forced car owners to undergo an inspection on the topic of pollution, but instead, drivers simply paid for special stickers.
