At a time when bureaucratic procedures are less frequently performed on paper, each user of a wearable computer has the opportunity to send, with the help of his device, allegations of violation of the landscaping procedures, the work of departments and traffic regulations to the appropriate executive agencies.
Regional governments and initiative citizens of the country have created electronic services, presented in the form of websites and applications for OS, wearable devices, using which one can send appeals on violations of improvement, and in some cases also work of state institutions. The principle of operation is the same: the user, by selecting the appropriate category, creates a message, including in it a brief description of the problem, the exact location and, if desired, a photograph; then the message is checked for compliance with the selected category and clarity and sent to the appropriate department, which, in turn, must give an answer within the stated period and solve the problem. Services for receiving reports of violations in the field of traffic and parking work on the same principle, but are presented exclusively in the form of applications for wearable devices and the use of photographs for them is mandatory.
The Moscow government was the first in the country to create a service of this kind, calling it " Our City ". The service can be used when specifying the name and surname, as well as the e-mail address for working with the site and the phone number for working with the application for wearable devices. The stated deadline for receiving a reply by post is 8 days. It is presented in applications for Android , iOS and Windows . According to the portal, since October 2011, 1,008,029 has been solved out of 1,563,416 problems stated. It was found that some of the responses of officials were supplied with fake pictures .
