LED X-Flash Sun Lamps
Recently, I talked about the latest technology LED lamps Crystal Ceramic MCOB . The first lamps made with this technology appeared in the assortment of the Russian brand X-Flash.
The BC series includes four lamps:

46959 XF-E27-BC-P-6W-3000K-220V - 6 W, warm light.
46966 XF-E27-BC-P-6W-4000K-220V - 6 W, white light.
46973 XF-E27-BCD-P-10W-3000K-220V - 10 W, dimmable, warm light.
46980 XF-E27-BCD-P-10W-4000K-220V - 10 W, dimmable, white light.
A large number of low-power LEDs in these lamps are located in a circle on a plate of transparent nano-ceramics. The LEDs and the plate are coated with phosphor on both sides, thanks to which the radiator shines both forward and backward and the lamp gives a very large angle of illumination.
In 6-watt lamps used 56 LEDs. The 10 watt LED lamp 96 is located in two concentric circles.
I measured the parameters of the lamps using the instruments Viso LightSpion and Lupine .
10 W lamps work correctly with switches that have an indicator. The 6 watt blinks when the switch is off.
10-watt lamps allow you to change the brightness over a wide range, but do not work with all dimmers. For example, with the IKEA dimmer, the lamps begin to flash. When adjusting the brightness of the pulsation of light does not exceed 6%. When the lamp's brightness decreases, a very quiet sound is emitted, which is not heard even at a distance of 10 cm from the lamp.
When operating without a dimmer, the level of light pulsation in all lamps is very low - 1.3-1.4%.
Luminous flux and power equivalent is lower than stated on the box. Apparently, the Chinese contract manufacturer lowered the power of the lamps in order to increase their durability. 6-watt bulbs shine like 55-watt incandescent bulbs, 10-watt bulbs as 85-90 watts. This must be considered when buying lamps. Nevertheless, the efficiency of the lamps is very high: 90-108 Lm / W.
All lamps have a high level of CRI 81.6-83.6, which allows us to recommend them for use in living rooms.

I experienced a 10-watt lamp in the most difficult conditions: 1000 hours, almost one and a half months in a row, it burned in a fully closed ceiling. The lamp body was heated to 66.6 °.
The thermal imager showed a maximum temperature of 140 ° on the LEDs. The temperature is unevenly distributed, since the lamp lay on its side.
Of course, this is a very high temperature, but for 1000 hours the lamp did not stop working and did not degrade in brightness. Perhaps the imager is mistaken with the measurement due to the fact that the coefficient of thermal radiation of the phosphor is very different from the established 0.95.
Due to radiation from both sides of the plate, the lamps have a very wide angle of illumination.
As with all its other bulbs, X-Flash claims a very long lifespan - 50,000 hours and gives a warranty of 5 years. Lamps are sold in the manufacturer’s own online store, so there should be no problems with the exchange in case of lamps failure.
