The creator of the cartoon "Fortress" presented the "Last Day of War"

Almost three years ago, Dmitry Fedotov released an impressive work, a short animated cartoon called “Fortress”. To remember what it is about, here is the cartoon itself:

The plot is as follows: “The film is a parable, fantasy. 10 years have passed since the beginning of the last war. People gradually dropped out of action and autopilots took over part of their functions, up to complete replacement. Now that all living things are dead, robots continue the senseless war in automatic mode. In this world, the cluster explosion case of a cluster bomb became a grass fortress, and the plane became a fortress and a grave for the pilot. Any system created by man, no matter how big and perfect it may be, will collapse without him. Nature will create even on the ruins. ”



Now Dmitry presented a new work, which is called “The Last Day of War”, Last Day of War. Here is the logical conclusion of the first work, and the war really ends, although quite unexpectedly. By the way, the plot has passed 20 years, that is, the time of action for 10 years is separated from previous events.



In 2013, the author told about himself: “I am a computer artist of fifteen years of exposure. He studied at the artist, he worked there and there. At the moment I work as an instructor of computer graphics in a computer school. In general, I draw in Max, Photoshop and two dozen other programs. I am engaged in both 2D and 3D art. Lately, I haven’t posted anything since I got carried away with the creation of the CG video, and this is a very laborious task. ”
