This week at the Satellite Industry Conference Satellite 2016 (Washington, USA) Gwynn Shotwell - President of SpaceX said that the launch of Falcon Heavy is scheduled from the launch site LC-39A (Florida, USA) and may take place in November of this year. Earlier it was reported that the launch of Falcon Heavy will take place at the end of 2015, then in May 2016, and after in September 2016, according to spaceflightinsider .

This year will be very tense for SpaceX, as twelve launches are scheduled, two of which have already taken place: from Vandenberg Air Base in California ( Jason-3 - Oceanographic Space Laboratory) and the Air Force Station at Cape Canaveral in Florida ( SES-9 - geostationary communication satellite).

It was from the launch complex LC-39A that the Apollo 11 was launched - a manned spacecraft, during the flight of which in July 1969, the inhabitants of the Earth first landed on the surface of another celestial body, the Moon.
