In Dubai, the World Drone Prix World Championship was a success , in which drones competed. The winners received prizes worth a million dollars. As part of the race, drones, which were controlled by VR helmets and remotes, were supposed to fly at a speed of about 100 km / h along a special route with obstacles.
A total of thirty-two teams participating in the flight in twelve rounds took part in the championship, the length of each of them was six hundred meters.
The winner was the Tornado X-Blades Banni UK team, led by fifteen-year-old Englishman Luke Bannister. Russian Vladimir Meshcheryakov took the honorable third place, and also won a special prize for the best lap of the circle.
