The user reddit ZaHuBa discovered and brought to the public a scene from the fantastic comedy of 1969 (according to iMDB - 1970) under the title “I killed Einstein, gentlemen”. In the scene, the characters use a device that is extremely similar to a selfie stick, which also can produce ready-made photos.

The fantastic comedy “Zabil Jsem Einsteina, Panove” produced by the now defunct Czechoslovakia tells how in the near future an explosion of a nuclear bomb led to the fact that women lost the ability to bear children, but acquired the ability to grow a beard.

The United Nations Consilium decided to build a time machine, go to it in the past and kill Einstein, because without his calculations, in the opinion of those who had voted, it would have been impossible to make an atomic bomb.

The device is a telescopic stick, similar to modern selfie sticks. Apparently, a tiny camera with a flash is built into the thin end of the device, and the thick one is able to instantly print finished photos on paper.

Users even found a link to the full version of the film on YouTube, but, unfortunately, at the moment the video has already been deleted.
