But Project Ara has been developing for a couple of years (although the modular structure of this gadget is more advanced), but Fairphone 2 is a reality.

The same display can be replaced in a maximum of a minute without contacting service centers or private craftsmen. Gebert himself was able to replace the screen in 23 seconds, removing the cover, removing the battery and setting the new display in place.
