The company Boston Dynamics (part of the Google [x] division of Alphabet Holding) has made a new version of its two-legged Atlas robot, which, as we know, is being developed by order of the US Department of Defense - DARPA. The robot is already coping well with the duties of the loader and improved their skills in walking on uneven terrain. The appearance also changed - they added a bit of outer skin to it, which, in my opinion, makes it look like cybernetic characters from science fiction films. On this occasion, the company has released an interesting video clip, in which there are even some exciting moments. When the robot fell after a heavy push from the back, and for a moment I thought about it ... it seemed to me that it would now turn around and release a pair of charges from the blaster to the offender. But apparently not yet time ...
