ELVIS-NeoTek announced a new version of the Perekrestok system, which automatically detects up to 18 types of traffic offenses and sends photos and registration numbers of violators' cars for issuing a corresponding decree.
ELVIS-NeoTek , a portfolio company of Rosnano and a
developer of security systems using pattern recognition, computer vision, thermal imaging, biometric identification and other technologies, introduced a new version of the Perekrestok system.
The system records and automatically classifies violations. All data processing is performed inside the complex without additional equipment such as virtual machines. "Crossroads" can be deployed at various road sites, including railway crossings. The kit includes a control and power unit, recording, traffic lights and turning units, radar units for measuring the speed on one or four lanes and an infrared illuminator.

"Crossroads" fixes:
- violation of the established speed of movement;
- passage to the prohibitory signal of the traffic light;
- failure to comply with the traffic regulations on stopping in front of the stop line at a prohibitory signal of the traffic light;
- the movement of vehicles along the lane for route vehicles or a stop on the specified lane;
- failure to comply with traffic regulations to give way to pedestrians;
- departure to oncoming traffic;
- violation of rows;
- violation of the rules for stopping or parking vehicles;
- determining the time of parking in paid parking.
The system is protected by patents №2534131 "System and method for determining violations of traffic rules while passing an intersection" and No. 2527537 "System and method for identifying vehicles that illegally invaded a dedicated lane" and operates in Nizhny Novgorod, Saransk and a number of other cities.
