Making an interregional event of popularizing science with our own hands - Part Two

Hello! I continue to talk about how we are doing our scientific conference in the city of Vologda.

The organizing committee has already held several meetings and here are our first steps:

1. Several other potential investors have joined us, among them the company Seven Suns Development (St. Petersburg), Investstroy, the trunk gas pipelines of the North, negotiations are underway with representatives of PhosAgro and Severstal, in terms of participants-investors, the conference promises to be representative.
2. It was decided that for selected participants presenting projects, developments and results of research the presentation at the conference and exhibition space in 2016 will be provided for FREE
3. The issue of financial assistance for transfer and accommodation is being resolved - one of the sponsors is ready to host up to 600 guests in the hostel network for free.
4. The issue of financial assistance for the manufacture of prototypes for the exhibition
5. We decided on the date of the event this is November 26, 2016.
6. We decided on the place for the event, this is the exhibition complex “Russian House”
7. We decided on the name of the conference - the First Interregional Forum of Business, Science and Innovations INNOVOLOGA-2016 (Science. Leadership, Education) - the corresponding group has earned in the social network "Vkontakte"
8. A contractor for the development of an Internet resource for the conference has been determined; in the coming days, the first pages of the site will be launched, where there will be basic information about the conference and data for registering participants and potential investors.
9. Members of the scientific committee are determined - which will select participants for the conference and exhibition
10. Work has begun on the scenario of the exhibition events, which will go all day in the format of the show
11. Began accepting applications for participation!

Let me remind you that a group of venture investors in the northwest, with real money, will not only be present at the conference, but the organizing committee will work with them, including training in venture investment, because our goal is specific agreements and investment projects.

So, from today everyone who is interested in participating in our event, namely people and companies working on projects and research that meet the criteria (uniqueness, scientific soundness, promising feasibility) can apply for participation in our conference.
