Alcatel and Huawei presented their first hybrid tablets
This year, at MWC in Barcelona, two companies released their first hybrid tablets - Alcatel and Huawei. But if Alcatel Plus 10 is very average in terms of hardware, although it can distribute 4G LTE over Wi-Fi to 15 users, the 12-inch Huawei MateBook is a powerful 635 grams gadget on Intel Core 3.1GHz, with 8GB of RAM and 512 GB SSD.
The Alcatel Plus 10 transforming tablet received a 10-inch IPS-screen with a resolution of 1280x800 pixels and a quad-core Intel Atom x5 Z8350 processor. The built-in memory in the device is 32GB, there is a slot for a microSD card. Included with the tablet is the keyboard. The gadget is based on Intel Core M processors - there will be options with M3, M5 and M7 with a clock frequency of up to 3.1 GHz. Buyers will be able to choose versions with 4GB or 8GB of RAM, SSD will be from 128GB to 512GB of capacity.

The tablet recognizes up to 2048 levels of pressing a special stylus.
